About J&P Professional Home Inspections

J&P Professional Property Inspections Company is independently owned and operated. We provide the client with over 35 years of experience not only in evaluation, but also in cost effective solutions. Preventative maintenance measures are also discussed and part of all reports. All inspections are performed by two (2) licensed inspectors at all times. To avoid any conflict of interest, I do not actively solicit real estate agents. I work directly for my clients only at all times and carry all required full certifications, licenses and insurances. We are fully insured. I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).  At J&P Home Inspections, we always have 3 goals in mind whne performing a home inspection for you:

1. Educate you and honestly inform you of the current condition of the home.

2. Address and answer all questions and concerns you may have.

3. Give you any additional information or estimate you may need to buy your home with confidence.

Our home inspections consistently meet or exceed the industry standards. Radon Testing, Termite Inspections (guaranteed for one full year), Septic and Well Water Certifications performed by Licensed/Certified Technicians. A written report is usually available within 24 to 48 hours via Priority mail.

In addition to our full inspection services we also provide clients with legalizations and Certificate of Occupancy changes for their properties. Extensions, decks, basements etc. built without permits can be legalized and added to your certificate of occupancy. Stamped and sealed drawings can be provided and submitted in a short amount of time. This is especially important if violations and summonses have been issued.
